Apply it to damp hair and leave it on for about 10 minutes then shampoo like normal.

Cold water rinses help to lay the outer hair down smoothly, which helps to prevent moisture loss, heat damage, and even snags. You only need to do it for a few seconds, but over time it makes a huge difference by growing your hair and keeping it healthier longer.
